Fuels Site Sales Territory Manager – General ApplicationTurkey - Flexible - Home Based
The post holder is expected to achieve territory sales targets by developing dealer relationships, managing the dealer network within a defined geographic area in a manner consistent with business ethics, policies, standards and established legal processes.
S/he will achieve defined targets of sites fuels sales, gross and operating margins primarily through the existing dealer network. The optimization of the volume-margin mix with a portfolio of existing dealer will also contribute to the achievement of the targets.
Ongoing and strong partnership with the related functions (Customer Service, Asset, Marketing, HSSE) is expected to manage dealer network.
This role will contribute to overall profit of Fuels Turkey through maximizing sales, cash delivery, ensuring HSSE, controlling costs, managing debtors and controlling contracts.
•Manage existing customers’ business (sales, margins, gross margins, expenses, profitability, cash flow, credit) with increasing focus on growth of operation excellence.
•Develop and maintain relationship with the dealers in order for them to offer outstanding service to the customers.
•Provide accurate sales volumes projection to ensure that appropriate demand structure is maintained for Tupras & imports.
•Develop territory sales plans in line with the FVC Marketing strategy.
•Implement HSSE policies and procedures through dealer network.
•Implement marketing programs and strategies through territory dealer network.
•Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to ensure effective communication.
•A strong focus on negotiation and close relationship-building abilities is expected.
•Identify and capture new site opportunities within the territory with the coordination of Asset team.
•Pass field/market information to the central team in order to support the formation of appropriate strategies.
•Execute contract management and deliver the identified value.
•Support agent operations.
University degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
