CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – English speaking (UK Careline)


If you join us as a Customer Service Representative you may have the following responsibilities:
  • managing customer requests and queries
  • entering customer orders and following them up
  • maintaining customer and material master database
  • logging, assigning, tracking progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion
  • interacting with customers and stakeholders in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
As a Customer Service Representative you will make a significant impact by:
  • ensuring a smooth ordering process by setting up the right vendor and master data
  • maintaining our reputation by your professional and helpful attitude towards our customers
  • being the face and voice of one of the largest global energy company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both the customer and internal business partners through the provision of timely, accurate and high quality service
For a Customer Service Representative role we have the following requirements:
  • fluency in English
  • customer oriented approach
  • flexible, motivated personality
  • relevant experience in the field of Customer Service or in SSC environment is an advantage
