Scrum Master – Automation CoE

If you join our Automation – CoE team, you may have the following responsibilities:
  • Act as Scrum master for one or more scrum teams
  • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos
  • Accountable for delivery of the automation opportunity assigned to the squad
  • Ability to remove blockers for teams
  • Take responsibility for managing dependencies between the scrum team
  • Proactive management of external dependencies, complex problem-solving and issues escalation
In a Scrum/Squad Master role we have the following requirements:
  • Scrum Master experience
  • Knowledge of full Software Development Lifecycle
  • Ability to analyse new Automation requirement and suggest suitable services
  • Experience of successful delivery of one or more programmes from inception to completion
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Nice to have: agile experience
  • Nice to have: experience with RPA
